Diplo announced via Mad Decent‘s blog that Major Lazer is dropping an EP in April featuring a track remixed by Thom Yorke. His announcement also confirmed M.I.A.’s involvement on the “Sound of Siren” track that Pitchfork leaked Tuesday.

THE JAM: SUMMER 2010

It’s official. Much buzzed about up-and-comers Sleigh Bells are contributing M.I.A.’s forthcoming Diplo produced album as confirmed by the band’s manager. “Derek [Miller] did production work on the album (via Pitchfork).” How about that for a little exposure. I’m predicting Sleigh Bells’ “Ring Ring” to be THE song of Summer 2010. Stay tuned for more info/predictions.
