The Fancy, a chamber pop group fronted by the peppy and pert Clara Latham and Seth Garrison, have started a very funny webshow with the help of 2009 Gotham Independent Film Award winner Ry Russo-Young called “Muscle Top.” It’s a “Flight of the Conchords”-esque romp following nascent NYC transplants Cyrus and Debbie on their quest to start a gay pop band.
