Um… has anyone noticed a disturbingly gruesome trend emerging in indie music videos lately. First, there was The Flaming Lips’ opus to gore “The Sparrow Looks Up At The Machine” featuring some sort of sanguineous torture rite and now Interpol has concocted this gem of a “roman shower” video (look it up) purported to be “a pheromone harvesting ritual.” Yummers. Enjoy.
