I’m with John, here. Completely counter-intuitive interview technique. He has absolutely no connection to the person being interviewed. They sit there awkwardly, waiting for him to finish typing and ask the next question. Gaga protested several times about his typing, albeit in a graceful way.
The ‘advanced’ way to do this would be a live stream in conjunction with an on-demand video. It’s not difficult to do.

I agree with the moronic typing of her answers. The interviewer should learn a bit of manners and engage with his interviewee. If it’s that irritating to us I can’t imagine how the interviewee feels. Damn right it’s rude.
And yes Virginia Madsen occurred to me when the interview started.
