Jack White is one of the most prolific artists of the millennium; so when his wife, Karen Elson, announced she was recording a solo album did anyone really expect him to sit on his laurels while she chartered the castaway-ridden waters of model-cum-pop songstress. I don’t THINK so. Entonces, here is a little jewel to get you through hump day – Jack’s beautiful wifey singing a song that may as well have a JW carved after every stanza of the lyrics. Can’t wait to hear more of the album. And is it just me or is Brit homegirl Karen sounding like she has acquired a bit of a southern affect. I suppose living/raising babies in Nashville will do that to anyone. Enjoy.
