Beach House is touring Europe for the foreseeable future (March?) and I miss them. Victoria (Legrand), remember that time at The Met when I ran into you at the Frances Bacon exhibit and I got all weird and mumbley and star struck… of course you don’t, but that’s not the point – I do and I miss us. I keep playing Norway to assuage my melancholy and it’s not really working; probs because your sound is awash in a sea of melancholy. Counting down the days until Teen Dream is released on January 26th. Until then enjoy Norway done two ways: Live in St. Louis and straight-up off of unreleased Teen Dream. Enjoy mine kjærester.
